IQ Students can pay with any of the following methods: Pay securely with credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Request an invoice and pay up to 14 days before the event/course – for payments over $350 only. This is a popular method for students sponsored by their employers. I have not received my ADMA IQ Learning Lab login details. What do I do? Please check your spam/other/junk folder. Your company's spam filter or firewall may be blocking the emails. If the email still has not arrived after 20 minutes please email [email protected] and we can assist you with logging in. My account activation email has expired. How do I access the ADMA IQ Learning Lab? Your account activation email is valid for 48 hours. If you try to activate your account after this time it will not work. Please email [email protected] and we can assist you with logging in. The ADMA IQ Learning Lab is saying my username is incorrect and I cannot log in. Please select 'forgot username' and you will be sent your username via email. If you do not receive an email please get in contact with us at [email protected]. Do I get a certificate once completing my online course? We do offer a soft-copy certificate for all courses. Please email us at [email protected] and we can arrange one for you. The content in my course is not displaying. Please check that your company is not blocking any of the plugins used in the course such as Vimeo Player. You may also not have completed the previous lesson or section therefore the following content will not show. If the content is still not showing please email us at [email protected]. Is there a way to print the content in an online course? Depending on the program and course content, you will have access to view only content in our online platform, meaning it cannot be downloaded. However, Masterclasses and Certificate courses are often accompanied with downloadable PDFs. How much time do students spend on their course? This varies from course to course. The general rule is that a short course such as SEO and PPC Essentials has 8-15 hours of content and a certificate course such as Content Marketing Certificate has 30-40 hours of content. Your course is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you require an extension please get in touch with us at [email protected]. Does my course include an exam? Certificate Courses such as Digital Marketing Certificate, Behavioural Economics Certificate, and Content Marketing Certificate all include an exam. Short Courses such as Content Marketing Strategy or Copywriting Essentials have quizzes throughout the course to assist in solidifying your learning. I've submitted my exam off for marking. Now what? The lecturer marking your exam will upload your results into the Learning Lab portal for you to see within 5 business days. You will receive an email when they are available. What technical requirements do I need? You will need access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace where you can focus. You'll also need to have your own computer and we recommend using an external monitor for the best experience. Are courses accredited and is ADMA a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)? ADMA is a private association and our courses are created by marketing professionals meaning we are industry recognised. However, we are not a Registered Training Organisation, meaning that our courses are not accredited. ADMA Digital Badges are awarded as recognition when you complete ADMA’s Data Pass, Masterclasses and Certificate courses. These are a graphical representation of your skills, combined with embedded meta data the knowledge and activities it took to earn them. You can use these on email signatures, your resume or on social media like LinkedIn.
