Cancellation/Refund Policy

On occasion, you may find you are unable to attend an ADMA course or event. Noted below are the various steps and alternative measures that can be taken in that event. Please note: for timing purposes, 'days' referred to throughout are calendar days.

Substitute
Sending a substitute is the best way to ensure your organisation retains the full value for its training investment.

Should you be unable to attend an ADMA course or event, you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. Written notification must be received a minimum 14 days prior to the course or event. All written notifications must include: your name, the course or event name, the name and contact information for your substitute and the original invoice number.

Please Note: Requests made for substitute transfer between 13-0 days prior to, or once a course has commenced, are not permitted.

Deferment
Should no substitute be available then you may request to apply for a deferment. Written notification must be received within a minimum 14 days prior to the start of the course or event. That note must include: your name and the course or event name and the original invoice number.

Please note: Deferments are;

  • Not transferable
  • Only deferrable twice
  • Only be actionable based on the original enrolment.

Please note: Requests made for deferment between 13-0 days prior to, or once a course has commenced, are not permitted.

For ADMA education courses: a credit with a 6-month expiry (from the original commencement date) is issued.

For ADMA events: a credit with a 12-month expiry (from the original event date) is issued.

Refunds
Refunds will only be provided if written notice of the cancellation is provided to the organiser. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the course or event will receive a refund less a 15% fee.

Cancellations received between 13-0 days prior to the course or event will not receive a refund.

Please note:

  • Due to the instant nature of access to online courses, no refunds apply.
  • All outstanding invoices must be paid prior to the commencement of any course or event.
