Connecting with your customer in the digital age can be tricky. In an online world it’s easier than ever, but just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Don’t risk your brand’s reputation by breaking the law.

Although the law can be complex, this course will teach you how to gather and use personal information from your customers and prospects by sticking to some basic principles and simple processes.

Working through scenario-based exercises, you will explore how to obtain consent and use customer data for direct marketing in all its forms, who you can share data with, and how to handle accuracy and security.
