The new UX was a result of an audit of existing data and processes to streamline and pull needed information into a simpler, shorter experience."



To digitise a paper based form to capture customers' financial situation and goals, then reduce the time and effort required to set up any ANZ product by at least half, conveying valued information about ANZ's services. A much larger opportunity was also identified: to foster a better relationship between the customer and banker, positioning ANZ as a leader.

Creative Solution

Banker Desktop is a unified shared screen experience between the customer and the banker, which enables meaningful conversations with complete transparency. By simply removing the physical and system-based barriers between the banker and customer and making the interface intuitive, Isobar was able to work through the customer’s sensitive financial needs together.
