Landing in Australia in 2005, Tim enjoyed four years with Octagon Australia before founding Ensemble Australia. Ensemble developed integrated marketing campaigns that aimed to make brands welcome in people’s lives, integrating messaging into the real world with creativity, relevance and purpose. It was whilst at Ensemble that Tim buddied up with two great people from Deloitte to write the business plan to bring the Invictus Games to Australia, before moving across to the organising committee to finish the job. Tim was appointed Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of Invictus Games Sydney 2018 in December 2016.
Tim has a passion for forging marketing programmes with purpose, helping brands reach and engage with the more socially conscious customer of today, via impactful programmes that deliver to the real needs of communities.
Prior to arriving in Australia, Tim lived in England, dabbling in professional cricket for Essex for five years, followed by five years within a grassroots sports marketing agency, Activate UK.
