Paul Robson leads Adobe’s business across the Asia Pacific region and believes there has never been a better time to leverage digital to drive business results, engage with citizens and reach new audiences.
Paul is a respected leader in advising and driving business transformation, with a focus on the unique and diverse opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.
Since joining Adobe, Paul has led the company’s significant growth in Asia Pacific, built out through strategies targeted at vertical alignment, best practice execution and emerging markets.
Paul believes customer and citizen experience is paramount, and digital provides the opportunity to deliver compelling, personalised experiences any time and on any device.
Prior to joining Adobe, Paul was the Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Networking Division across Asia Pacific and Japan. Paul was also the founding director of a successful online start up, Wedding Gifts Direct.
Paul is on the board of the Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA). At a non-executive level, Paul is a board member of Tresillian, the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies, and an active member of the Australian Surf Life Saving Association.
Paul holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in International Business and has attended a variety of general management and executive courses at institutions including the Haas School of Business at UC Berkley, INSEAD and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Paul is married with two children and lives in Sydney, Australia.
