Cambell is the Chief Customer Officer for Mercer in the Pacific Region. He leads Mercer’s consumer digital, technology, insights and analytics, strategy, marketing, and financial advice business in the Pacific Market.
Cambell joined Mercer in January 2014 and is responsible for the customer experience of 2.2 million individuals across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, his 20 year global career has spanned a range of financial services sectors in Australia, Asia and Europe. He’s held senior marketing and commercial roles in leading organisations such as ANZ, E*Trade, OnePath, and the London Stock Exchange.
Currently a member of the Harvard Business Review’s advisory council, in 2017 Cambell was named #7 in CMO Magazine’s list of Top 50 Australian CMO’s, and was awarded Best Campaign (Financial Services) at the Australian Interactive Media Industry Awards. In 2016 he was honoured with a BT Investment Management ‘Innovation Award’.
Most recently studying Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Wharton Business School, Cambell also holds an MBA majoring in marketing, a Bachelor of Applied Science, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
