Bridget joined Harvey Nash in 2008, heading up the CIO practice in Harvey Nash's London head office. She is a Hogan accredited consultant, able to deliver constructive psychological assessment of candidates and incumbents in roles to enable more effective engagement and retention of appointments. She sits on the Management Committee for FITT who advocate for gender diversity in IT in Australia, and personally launched the Australian chapter of Engage: Partners for Progress, a new not for profit initiative provides a networking and support platform for senior business leaders from all cultural backgrounds to enable positive business outcomes.
