Adam has 15 years marketing experience in Sports and Entertainment Marketing, Branded Content Production and Sponsorship Activation. He has a unique mix of client and agency side backgrounds and has worked extensively in Australia, Europe and Asia.
His current role as Head of Strategy with Sports and Entertainment Agency Octagon includes research, strategic insight, branded content development and creative planning. He is based in the company’s regional HQ in Sydney and is responsible for client strategy across offices in China, Korea, India, SE Asia and Australia for clients including MasterCard, QBE, Manulife, ANZ, Lion, Standard Chartered, Nestle, Samsung, and Hyundai.
Adam has lectured on Marketing and Advertising at The University of Notre Dame, contributes to industry journals and presents regularly at events to share Octagon’s Passion Drivers™, Passion Shift™ and other proprietary research. He was responsible for the strategy and creative planning behind recent award-winning Virtual Reality projects including ‘Novak’s World’ for ANZ in Australia and the Mumbrella Asia Best VR Experience ‘Inside Anfield’ for Standard Chartered in Singapore.
When not working, Adam is a keen mountain biker and working to improve a very average golf swing.
