ADMA Global Forum 2024 Delegate Survey Promotion Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the ADMA Global Forum Delegate 2024 Survey and promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Enteries are open to residents of Australia who attended the ADMA Global Forum 2024 (either in person, virtually or on-demand) Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 3. The promotion closes 23:59 AEST on Friday 20 September 2024. To enter, complete the ADMA Global Forum 2024 sent to you via email from ADMA. Submit your entry as directed in the email. An eligible entry consists of a completed ADMA Global Forum 2024 Survey. An incomplete survey may still have its responses included in any reporting done of the results but will not be included in the draw. 4. Only one entry per person permitted. For clarification - each respondent may only complete the survey once. All valid entries will be included in the draw 5. The first valid entries drawn will receive one ticket to ADMA Global Forum 2025 valued at $895.00 each. 6. Prize must be taken as offered. Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes are non transferable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Prizes do not include transfers or any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is an entry to an event and therefore must be redeemed on the date of the event as stipulated by the Promoter at its complete discretion. The date of the event will be announced on a date determined by the Promoter. 7. Draw will take place at 10am on Monday 23 September 2024 at ADMA, Tower One, 27/100 Barangaroo Ave, Barangaroo NSW 2000. Winners will be notified using the email address to which their survey invitation was sent. Winners names will be published on the ADMA website for 28 days. 8. The prizes are valued in Australian dollars and is correct at time of publication of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of a ticket /voucher/ letter/pass. Redemption of prize is subject to terms and conditions of event registration as provided at time of event announcement/ registration. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. 9. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any lost, stolen, misdirected mail including electronic mail and/or entries. Eligible Entrants warrant that their entry in the promotion does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Eligible Entrant indemnifies and will keep the Promoter and its associated agencies indemnified against any loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses or liability the Promoter and its associated agencies may suffer arising out of a breach by the Eligible Entrant of this clause. Any costs associated with entering the promotion are the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant. Any costs or taxes arising from, or in connection with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and not the Promoter. 10. By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to their name being added to the ADMA marketing subscription database to receive marketing communications from ADMA. You may unsubscribe from all marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in each communication. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry into this promotion is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will handle PI as set out in the ADMA Privacy Policy. 11. The survey component of the entry will contribute to research done by the Promoter. Each entrant grants to the Promoter an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use any of the entries (in part or in whole) submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future Promoter’s promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of any submitted entry. 12. Failure by the Promoter to exercise any of its rights contained within these terms and conditions at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
