Rowena is a globally recognised marketing leader having led roles at Procter & Gamble, Berri & Coca-Cola which were then followed by 16 years with Johnson & Johnson in Australia, Asia Pacific & the U.S - across their consumer and medical sectors.
As both a C-suite commercial and global marketer, Rowena has first-hand experience of leading and structuring global brands & businesses, as well as leading large commercial teams and delivering operational P&L’s. Rowena left J&J in 2014 as Asia Pacific VP of marketing and a Board Member - to join Morgan.
At MORGAN, Rowena has been a driving force in developing the MORGAN Consulting, Learning & Culture offerings - partnering with Seven West Media, Energizer, Parmalat, Aspen & Tabcorp to develop and embed next practice marketing capability and customer first operations across their businesses.
Rowena is deeply passionate about Next Practice marketing and the development of marketers- contributing to Googles “Zero Moment of Truth”, appearing regularly as a Speaker in Australia and overseas, mentoring for The Marketing Academy, and advising multiple start-up & scale-up companies.
