Home Melinda Arko Melinda Arko | Head of Education at Association of Data-driven Marketing & Advertising (ADMA) Extremely passionate about education and training Melinda started her career as an accounting and economics teacher in Brisbane during which she co-authored a text book titled Nelson's Business Education. Melinda has lectured at Queensland University of Technology as a Business, Accounting and Finance lecturer and later opened a finance brokering and financial planning business. In the past, she regularly featured on 97.3FM radio and was an Education Consultant to various corporate clients including Lend Lease Construction, Caltex and Mortgage Choice where she was instrumental in aligning VET qualifications with various Induction programs. Melinda moved to Sydney and held an executive position at Open Colleges. Prior to joining ADMA Melinda was the Head of Learning and Development for Yellow Brick Road playing an instrumental role in creating a human centred learning model combined with education technology to the YBR community. Melinda is passionate about reimagining what corporate learning experiences should be, and for building remarkable programs that fully engage learners and deliver outcomes that inspire individual success. She has a strong focus on designing, developing and management of innovative learning programs through the application of social, experiential, and gamification strategies that maximise learner engagement. Melinda is a member of ADMA's Education Working Group.
