Representing the full breadth of Australia’s marketing community, the committee plays a key role in delivering our vision – to drive innovation, build industry capability and set the standard for responsible data-driven marketing.

ADMA working groups
ADMA’s working groups bring together experts in a specific area to share insights and inform decision-making.
Each group advises on the trends, challenges and opportunities within its area of expertise – and provides guidance and recommendations to the Advisory Committee.
The Regulatory and Advocacy Working Group
ADMA’s Regulatory and Advocacy Working Group advises on regulatory issues – from privacy reform to consumer law.
Comprised of 7 experts across marketing, regulation and policy, its recommendations inform ADMA’s submissions to government bodies like the ACCC and ACMA. The Group also guides the regulatory advice and education we provide our members.

Sub-working group: Representation of Key Global Technology Platforms
An offshoot of the Regulatory & Advocacy Working Group, this sub-group represents the tech platforms often referenced in regulatory developments.
This means key tech companies can contribute to regulatory discussions – ensuring ADMA’s recommendations are balanced and relevant to both industry and consumers.

ADMA’s Education Working Group helps shape our education strategy and ensure our courses are credible, relevant and industry aligned.
Drawing on the expertise of 8 marketing leaders, this group determines how we can build capability across the sector and ensure marketers are ready for whatever comes next.
