About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for working with the marketing team in the planning, development, implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication materials across the ADMA Group of brands (ADMA, IAPA, D+TC).  This is a busy and hands on role which reports to the Group Marketing Manager.  Day to day activities might include:

  • Actively managing campaigns in market – including sourcing assets and relevant content
  • Working with our Education team to plan monthly priorities
  • Reviewing recent campaign performance
  • Liaising with external partners (agencies, writers etc)

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign creation to results reporting, and has a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Knowledge of marketing channels and marketing industry best practices – with emphasis on digital channels. Experience with email marketing will be well regarded.
  • Demonstrable experience successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience using Google Analytics for reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and proof reading skills
  • Excellent co-ordination, administration and organisational skills
  • Team-player with strong stakeholder/people management capabilities
  • Sound computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Tertiary qualifications, degree or qualification in Marketing or Business preferred

Nice to Haves

  • Approx 2 years in a marketing support role, agency experience would be helpful
  • Exposure to the events and/or education and/or membership-based industries is ideal
  • Experience with Salesforce desirable
  • Basic HTML skills or willingness to learn it (at a basic level: does not need to be or become a coder)
  • Basic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or willingness to learn (at a basic level: does not need to be or become a designer)
