ADMA, the Association for Data-driven Marketing & Advertising and peak body for the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking an Education Co-ordinator.

As the Education Coordinator, you are responsible for the co-ordination and administration of all education programmes, be they in house, class based or online to meet ADMA program requirements.

The key objectives of this role includes providing support for all program administrative and admissions needs where needed, providing a high standard of customer service to all enquiries and ensuring the seamless delivery of agreed benefits between ADMA and its customers/partners whilst role modelling the professional behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.

This is a hands-on role for a driven, creative and passionate Education Co-Ordinator who is eager to learn and develop new skills. The ideal candidate doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, ideally with exposure or interest in the marketing, services and education sector. Experience or interest in educational design is highly desirable.

A typical day in the life of the Education Co-Ordinator will see you work across several key responsibility areas including but not limited to:

Operational Management

  • Co-ordinates IQ both in-class, booking venues and catering, liaising with instructors and students & online courses – producing client progress reporting.
  • Maintains IQ profitability sheet for Head of Education weekly review.
  • Resolves IQ customer enquiries via IQ inbox, phone and social. 
  • Management of student academic queries within Educational Service Standards.
  • Facilitate and support virtual classes.
  • Effectively communicates, motivates and inspires clients to ensure positive student experiences and retention.
  • Experience working with a variety of subject matter experts
  • Provides Best in class customer service levels. 
  • Ensures proactive engagement and management of IQ instructors.
  • Ensures delivery of agreed benefits to sponsors/partners in. 
  • Facilitates the resolution of student and instructor enquiries, both on the phone and by email.
  • Offers assistance to customers with incomplete registrations to finalise transactions.
  • Follows up on outstanding payments prior to course commencements.
  • Facilitates support for technical issues with LMS.
  • Confirms venues for all courses prior to scheduled course commencement, providing a brief to the venue manager on specific set-up requirements.
  • Collects attendance lists for each course.
  • Collects and analyses student feedback.
  • Coordinates exam set up and student liaison.
  • Communicates course results and distributes certificates.
  • Updates course materials in IQ Dropbox.
  • Administers Salesforce activities pertaining to IQ (including enquiries regarding course deferments

Reporting

  • Delivers weekly IQ reporting combining member and non-member results and student feedback in agreed format.
  • Provides monthly reporting on course feedback.
  • Creates reports from LMS on course progress.
  • Creates reporting for Partner deliverables vs agreed plan.


General Administration

  • Champions ‘smart’ communications across commercial, finance and marketing functions.
  • Ensures regular written updates on program deliverables are going to sponsors/partners on a regular basis.
