Alison’s been working in the advertising industry for over 10 years, with her career spanning Melbourne, Sydney, NZ and now Perth. Currently the Planning Director at The Brand Agency, Alison has worked at iconic Australian agencies such as George Patterson Y&R, Foote Cone and Belding, and Clemmenger Harvie. During this time she has held a range of roles, from Group Account Director through to Head of Digital and Direct. Alison has an integrated background, but specialises in digital and direct marketing. Her past clients include NAB, Motorola, FIFA, Honda, Village Roadshow, Kraft, Greenpeace and The Salvation Army. Her current role sees her working across all of the Brand Agencies clients, including Water Corporation, Synergy, Curtin University, Police and Nurses Credit Society, and Landcorp.
Alison holds a Masters in Communication, and has considerable teaching experience, having lectured at RMIT and the Australian Institute of Management in subjects such as Advertising Management, Advertising Campaigns, Strategy and Planning, Digital Strategy, Online and Digital Basics. She also has taught the Exploring Digital course for Adschool in Perth.

After gaining a degree in Marketing and ecommerce at Curtin University in 2003 Anna held a number of digital marketing roles for small and large businesses before joining Market United in 2007. She rose through the ranks of client services, becoming the Head of Account Service in 2009. In this role she heads a team of people who provide digital marketing support for a range of clients including Murdoch University, HBF, IKEA, iinet, Multiplex Living and Burswood Entertainment Complex. Anna has been a highly popular and effective tutor for ADMA’s Digital Marketing Certificate since 2009.

Jacki has held both agency & client side roles, and her experience covers a diverse range of audiences & industries including automotive, entertainment, media, human resources, gambling, education, healthcare and e-commerce. Jane made the switch to recruitment after 14 years as an integrated 'suit' with a strong focus on Direct and Digital. She began her career as an Account Executive at Ogilvy Botswana before moving to Joshua in the UK where she helped set up Club Nokia and worked on Microsoft. Jane progressed to GAD level at EHS Brann working on numerous accounts before moving to Sydney in 2005. Whilst in Australia she ran the integrated Dell team at DDB and then moved to Clemenger BBDO running Visa and MLC. As ADMA’s Director of Education and Training Richard is able to put his past experience to good use having been a direct marketer since 1989 and trainer since 2003. Richard moved into the UK direct marketing business following an early career in B2B sales. For 10 years he worked for agencies and database service providers becoming a skilled “interpreter” between marketers, analysts and IT. He moved to Australia in 2000 to take charge of database marketing for Cartwright Williams/Leo Burnett for 3 years, after which he became a self-employed database marketing consultant for 4 years. Immediately prior to his ADMA appointment he spent 2 years as the Asia Pacific database marketing manager for PC company Lenovo. Richard has always had a passion for training, creating and delivering courses for ADMA, Macquarie University and various in-house engagements since 2003. Warren is a search and digital business specialist, having worked in the digital space for the past 10 years. He has formal qualifications from Curtin University of Technology, in Electrical Engineering (Computer Systems Engineering). Warren started his career working with major IT companies such as Microsoft Pty Ltd and CSC Australia in various technical sales roles, before making the move online with ineedhits.com – a Perth based, globally focused Search Engine Marketing firm. Over the next 7 and half years, he worked in various parts of the business before being promoted to CEO.
Warren exited ineedhits.com and joined The Brand Agency in March 2012, as Director of Search Marketing. He is responsible for setting and alignment of client’s search strategies with their overall business and marketing objectives.

His work in Canada, England and here in Australia has earned him the reputation of being one of this countries best Creatives. His B2B experience includes leading Telstra Business, Microsoft and IBM. He's the owner of over 40 local and international direct marketing awards.
Rob was Chairman of the ADMA Creative Jury in 2002 and in 2005 traveled to Cannes as Australia’s only creative judge on the Direct Lions jury. Alan has spent over 10 years working in digital and database marketing, running a variety of both small and very large projects from initial strategy through to full delivery.
Alan’s work experience has included heading Client Servicing for the digital and direct division of Leo Burnett across the Middle East and North Africa, running GravityMail a dedicated email marketing company based in Madison WI, development of Contact Manager (a digital data management and content delivery system) and heading Digital for RBR, a direct marketing agency. Alan has also worked client side as the industry engagement manager for the Manukau Institute of Technology (New Zealand’s largest technical college). This largely involved designing and building an online communications platform for the Institute to engage with local business through.
Alan has worked across a wide range of industries including automotive, pharmaceuticals, education, FMCG, financial, entertainment, e-commerce and travel. Clients have included GM, Philip Morris, Progressive Enterprises, Emirates Airlines, Baxter, GSK, ANZ, Westpac, Lion Nathan, Cabelas and Siemens.
Alan has a broad range of skills that cover strategy development, solution design (sitemaps, wireframes and technical specifications), project management (Agile and Waterfall), UX design and technical development (front and backend coding).

Teresa is the marketing manager for digital, loyalty & online for the Coles Liquor group of brands (Liquorland, Vintage Cellar and First Choice).
Teresa has 7 years experience in digital as well as 7 years in below the line marketing in domestic and international markets. With her experience spanning across website / mobile platform production and UX through to digital marketing channel management (search, email, online advertising & social media) in eCommerce and publishing environments, she is at the forefront of the digital industry in Australia.
