Straight after the breakfast the conference started with the opening US keynote Carlson Choi from Namco Bandai Games. You could hear a pin drop in the room as the Vice President of Marketing for the leading video game publisher and developer showcased how gaming mechanics when injected into marketing strategies deepen customer engagement. Drawing from US and world experiences, Carlson showed examples of best practice campaigns from around the world and how they are providing deeper customer insights for more targeted follow-up communications.
Attendees are also looking forward to presentations from Parklife, Woolworths, Intrepid Travel, IBM and more…
