How do I stop fax marketing?
The Government extended the eligibility criteria for the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 to include fax numbers on 30 May 2010.
This means that owners of numbers that are used exclusively to send and receive faxes, regardless of whether the number is used for domestic, government or business purposes, can now put these numbers on the Do Not Call Register.
Placing numbers on the Do Not Call Register is easy. Either visit www.donotcall.gov.au or call 1300 792 958
Individuals who still receive fax marketing from ADMA members 30 days after registering a fax number on the Do Not Call Register should contact ADMA by emailing code@adma.com.au if they continue to receive faxes.
The Do Not Call Register is run by the Australian Government, not by ADMA.
