Do Not Mail Service

By registering with the ADMA Do Not Mail Service you can ensure member companies and organisations will respect your request to receive less addressed direct mail.

Who can register?

The Do Not Mail Service is available to consumers who would like to register a residential address.

Will it stop all direct mail?

No. Subscribing to the Do Not Mail will only reduce addressed and unsolicited direct mail from ADMA member companies and organisations.

Subscribing to the Do Not Mail Service will not stop or reduce the amount of addressed direct mail that you receive:

  • From companies of which you are a current customer
  • From companies that are NOT members of ADMA
  • That is sent to your business, or
  • It will also not impact the delivery of unaddressed mail, including brochures and flyers.

How long before I notice a reduction in unsolicited direct mail?

Your request will take approximately 30- 45 days to process. After this time you will notice a reduction in the amount of direct marketing received from ADMA member companies.

What should I do if I continue to receive direct mail 45 days after registration?

If you continue to receive consumer related direct mail from ADMA members where you do not have an existing relationship with the company you should contact ADMA. To find out more about how to lodge a complaint click here.
